Spring Retreat
Do you want more? That is the fundamental drive and purpose of this retreat.
Many retreats focus on the first step into discipleship, their first time experiencing God's love, and the first chance to say yes to Jesus. While those retreats are absolutely necessary, there is a need to go further and take the next step in the journey as a disciple. Our Spring Retreats are for those who are seeking more and looking for direction on how to go deeper in their relationship with Jesus.
On Spring Retreat, we go after the power of the Holy Spirit and our teaching is aimed at nurturing what has already been planted. It is expected, but not required, that those who attend our Spring Retreat have already had an initial encounter with Jesus, either from a Diocese of Lansing Outpouring Confirmation Retreat run by Fearless Ministries or some other Kerygma* style retreat.

*Kerygma is the Greek word for proclamation. Kerygma style retreats focus on proclaiming the Gospel: 1. God created each individual person out of love; 2. Through our sin, we turned away from God's love; 3. Jesus came to save us from our sins and restore our relationship to God; 4. Each of us now has a choice to accept Jesus' love and follow Him as disciples or to reject His calling; 5. Those who choose discipleship have been given a necessary community in the Catholic Church, founded by Jesus to be a guide and help in following Him as we journey toward heaven.
