Please fill out registration for each person attending Spring Retreat, including adults.
In addition to our registration, please print and fill out a waiver for Our Lady of the Fields Camp. If unable to access or print, a waiver will be provided for you to fill out when checking in.

Meals will be provided all of Saturday and through lunch on Sunday. Dinner will not be provided Friday evening, so please plan accordingly.
